Rainmaker Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Reservations:

1. All reservations must be made through our website https://rainmakercostarica.com/
2. To guarantee your reservation for guided tours, full payment is required at the time of booking. (Self-guided it is not required but it is recommended)
3. Once the reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your visit, including date, time, and type of tour (guided or self-guided).
4. Visitors must arrive at the Rainmaker reception at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the reserved tour. If you do not arrive on time, Rainmaker reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
5. Rainmaker reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour for safety reasons, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund will be offered.

Cancellations and changes:

1. Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made in writing by sending an email to our customer service team.
2. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the reserved tour start time, 100% of the payment made will be refunded.
3. If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 48 hours before the reserved tour start time, 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
4. No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reserved tour start time.
5. If you wish to change the date or type of tour (guided or self-guided), you can do so without an additional charge as long as the request is made more than 24 hours before the reserved tour start time and subject to availability.
6. No changes to the reservation are allowed less than 24 hours before the reserved tour start time.
