Rainmaker
Conservation Park

“The waterfalls and swimming holes were breathtaking. Well marked trails led us through peaceful rainforest terrain, suspension bridges and beautiful views. This is a place of serenity. We swam alone in a glorious watering hole. We saw dozens of falls, lizards and frogs. Make this a must stop on your Costa Rican adventures.”

Beautiful place and hiking trails. Yes it is steep and lots of steps, but it is not any more unsafe than a non maintained trail. For $20pp you can hike and swim on your own. Update- they have added some metal bridges and improved the trails. Doing a nice job keeping the trails nice.

Great experinece if you are feeling brave. It's biggest charm is how unsafe you feel on the bridges.

We were lucky enough to come on a quiet afternoon and had the entire place to ourselves! The walks are interesting and the hanging bridges slightly unnerving but in a fun way. There are several fresh water pools you can swim in - it's a great way to spend an afternoon, 100% definitely recommend!

Magnifique pour se baigner dans les cascades/chutes de la rivière et voir la jungle. Marche d'environ 2km (peut refaire en boucle ou ajouter des variations au parcours) et accessible à tous. Ponts suspendus avec belle vue.

My sisters and I did the canopy bridges and waterfall tour with David as our guide and it was wonderful! David was so kind and informative and pointed out so many cool plants and animals that we wouldn’t have noticed without him (camouflaged animals are easy to miss to the untrained eye). The views were absolutely beautiful and swimming in the waterfall was an amazing experience. David also showed us around Manuel Antonio that afternoon! Thank you again David for all of your knowledge, enthusiasm, and excellent photography skills we had a great time and learned so much!

Beautiful conservation park to visit. The hike is fairly easy with a bunch of stairs up then back down of course. The hanging bridges are numerous and very nice. The waterfalls are beautiful. The hike takes a few hours and you can cut it short if you like. The staff is informed and friendly, it’s well worth a visit. Even spotted a old Marpesia Furcula butterfly.
